• Use the Service for any illegal purposes or in violation of any laws

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwissOps Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Financial losses resulting from use of the Service
• Errors in calculations or data processing
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Third-party actions or integrations

10.1 Fees: Certain features may require payment of subscription fees. Current pricing is available on our website.

10.2 Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
